Store manager (Fix price RS) (only for Russian speakers) Job description: • Organization and maintenance of efficient operation of the store at all levels; • Managing a team of store employees and controlling their work; • Cooperation with the sales manager (Sales manager) to ensure flawless operation of the store; • Cooperation with external organizations and our customers to create a pleasant atmosphere in the store. What we expect: • Work experience of at least 6 months in retail in the positions of store director (manager), store manager, salesperson, retail administrator, etc.; • Good computer skills; • Fluency in Russian and Serbian languages; • Our team is looking for people who respect order, take their duties seriously and are ready to help people.
